JustHost is my favorite, only $42 per year which includes a domain name.

i’ve used four or five hosts to date. moved to justhost a few months back and have been very happy.

I have not been so taken in by thieves for a long time.As soon as I had paid my money and experienced this company’s disservice I put a “ticket” in to ask for a refund, under their money back “guarantee”. This was completely ignored after they had asked me to provide my card details again. I tried again with them, thinking: they haven’t paid me back;so I might as well stick with them. Since that time, I’ve called with problems, to be met with an Indian voice on the end of the phone (and they verified they were Indian), with an incredibly poor command of English. I even had one eating while he anwered my call.
I’m asking for my money back again from these fraudsters.

Just Host, whose great service you laud, claims on its website excellent
tech service and says they will refund in full at any time we are
dissatisfied. The tech service is terrible. I have spent hours on the
phone and when I finally reach a human, his accent is so bad
I can’t understand him.I have received nonsense emails from the so-called
tech staff (all signed by the same name: Sam) that do not in any way even address the problems described . I decided to have my website hosted elsewhere. They owe me a refund of $91.16. They admit to $89.10 due to me. But they say they cannot issue it to the credit card with which I paid them, they say they must
issue it to a PayPal account. Chase credit card says that is not true.

Just Host were using a webmail system called Roundcube.
I was happy using this and entered more than a thousand addresses into the address book.
Just Host have now, without warning, disabled this system on their servers and deleted my address book in the process.
They have told me there is no way to recover this data.
They have just given me a big headache and a massive amount of work to do again.
Another failure from Just Host!

I recently bought hosting from Site 5, Just Host, Super Green, and Host Gator for some specific projects I have been working on. It was great chance to compare and contrast. I would rate Host Gator the highest and Site 5 next. I didn’t know until I had already purchased, but Just Host and Super Green are the same company. I have experienced some down time with them and just lackluster support. Site 5 hasn’t been bad per se, but they have a custom CPanel that I don’t really dig. No problems on HG. Site 5 is definitely more expensive than the others. Going to copy to the others on this site. Hope that’s ok.

Justhost is a criminal gang. I signed up to host my website with them. In no time, they took $195.00 from my card. They asked that I update my nameservers to point to their server, while their tech tech upload my site to their server. As soon as I did what they wanted, the site came down crashing. They said:\"Don\’t worry. Our technical team is taking care of it.\" No tech team ever took care of anything.

I asked for refund but kept receiving tens of emails from countless staffs about things that do not even make sense, let alone relate to what I was asking for.

They actually promised to refund me, only to be told by another that my account has not been cancelled. It was. I called in, cancelled the account and received a notice confirming my cancellation.

Trust me, these guys are nothing but criminals ripping off people. Be very careful with them.

These jokers suspended my account for excessive CPU usage without warning. No, please move your account within 3 days or anything. They won’t turn the account back on so I can make backups or move the cpanel. Nope, they just take my livelihood away and that’s that. Jackholes.
