Used WHB for a couple of years. I thought they were pretty reliable, page loads were decent, price was right, and good support. I moved so I could get VPS hosting. If you have site that’s not too fancy, email, databases, then WHB should work fine for you.

Their prices are great, but they have weird account limitations and not all of the features of some of the other inexpensive hosts. Questions to support get answered quickly, but not always the most useful responses. I still use them for some reason, though.

I’m currently with WebHostingBuzz. I joined during a special they had for Sitepoint users. I have experienced some occasional downtime, but other than that, everything has been great.

I host some forums and blogs on Webhostingbuzz. I’ve been with them for about 2 years. I have had downtime here and there, but nothing that I worry about. I get a decent amount of traffic and they seem to handle it fine.
