I moved off of godaddy to Servint. I can’t stand Godaddy’s interface and their hosting packages are overpriced and hard to navigate.

GD’s support is awful. With so many good hosts out there, no reason to settle for that.

I have a couple dozen sites on a handful of ip’s on godaddy, but it’s time for me to move. As I have more and more needs, it has become apparent that their support just isn’t up to par. I think I am moving to a Host Gator or Blue Host Reseller account.

Their website is confusing. Their offerings are confusing. Their interface is confusing. They have way too much going on, that’s it hard to find what you need.

There’s got be some reason they are so big. I’ve never had a problem and I think support has been good. They seem to be a little pricey, though.

I’ve used GoDaddy for a couple of years for Windows hosting. Recently, I started having problems with one of my scripts, which has worked up until now. This is the first time that I’ve had to contact their support for any substantial issue. Although, they responded quickly, their response was less than adequate. When I asked again, they essentially said there was nothing more they could do. So, I’m here searching for good Windows hosting to make the move.
